In north central Montana, Blaine, Chouteau and Hill. * WHEN...Until noon MDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1001 AM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated rain and snowmelt. Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 2 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.4 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
