Significant portions of the floodplain near Thompsons are inundated requiring relocation of cattle from low-lying areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 65.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 40.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 67.0 feet Tuesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 65.5 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 65.5 feet on 06/06/2021. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
