General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "INDAY" {BAVI} was estimated based on all available data at 940 km East of Northern Luzon (17.7°N, 130.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 175 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 215 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate to occasionally heavy rains . WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **South Cotabato** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Siquil, Makar and Banga. + **Sarangani** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Kalaong, Buayan-Malungon, Lun Padido, Lun Masla and Glan. + **Sultan Kudarat** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Tian and Kraan. + **North Cotabato** - All rivers and its tributaries People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned advised to take appropriate actions.
