Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected over portions of West Central Texas today through early Friday evening. High moisture values will fuel highly efficient rain-producing storms, with model guidance indicating near-stationary clusters capable of producing 2 to 4 inches of rain per hour.
